Vodden, Bender & Seebach LLP is a team of dedicated individuals who assist the public in meeting the challenges of today's dynamic and complex economic environment. Three partners supported by qualified professional and administrative staff provide a broad range of expertise and knowledge. The firm has offices in Clinton and Goderich and has been engaged in public accounting since 1975.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Accounting and auditing form the main area of our public accounting practice. To meet individual client's needs and requirements, we perform a compilation, review or audit engagement in accordance with the applicable standards.

Taxation services are a very prominent facet of our practice. Compliance with applicable personal and corporate tax legislation is our primary objective combined with the further goals of minimizing taxes payable and maximizing the client's wealth. Estate tax and estate planning is also a growing part of our practice.

Bookkeeping and payroll services are also provided for our clients who are unable to support full-time accounting staff. With the use of our computer systems we provide an efficient alternative.

Management and computer consulting is a growing part of our practice. We assist our clients in an individual manner addressing their specific needs. An example of this is our role as consultants in local municipal restructuring.
